Guest guest
AUM SRI GURUVE NAMAH Dear Gurudev! I am still not clear how to use the different karakas. The Naisargika, the chara and the sthira karakas. Can you please explain it. Guest guest
Dear Sarajit, While you wait for Gurudeva's answer, pick up Express StarTeller magazine of Jan 2001. It will contain an article on the three types of karakas by me. May Jupiter's light shine on us, Narasimha PS: They requested me for an article for Jan 2001 issue and I sent it. Actually, I am not sure if it was finally published, but it probably was. > Dear Gurudev! > > I am still not clear how to use the different karakas. Guest guest
Dear Surendra, Dadhi, Ash, It is a common conception that Sa and Ma are destructive and Jupiter is beneficial. Although at a general level this is correct since the total bindus for Sa and Ma are less than Jupiter. However, Jupiter, when malefic (lord of 6th etc) are be very very malefic. Let us say that Jupiter is lord of 6th and has 7 to 8 points in its ashtakavarga. Then it shall have a malefic effect of -8 on 5th, 7th and 9th position from its own house. So, we shall have to discard the notion that Sa and Ma are always malefic and Jupiter is always benefic. Your curiosity is genuine though. It is difficult to consider that Sa can be the NK after reading the standard texts. Maybe Ash and Krushnaji shall be able to explain in more detail this aspect. Good question.
