Manduka Dasa/ Personality traits and astrology

Dear Jyotisha!

I have a doubt on the Initiating starting of Manduka dasa.

In Cova Pt. Sanjay Rath has given an example (Iraq war) where the Manduka dasa

starts from the 11th of Lagna whereas in UPSJ, he said that the dasa starts

from the Lagna or the Adarsha whichever is odd. Please give your views and

clarify my doubt.

I will write on the Personality traits and Astrology more after I get some

more responses and your views.

Dear Nimmi, You have said that in the Chart of most of the Managers you have

seen that Sun is in 10th. It may be.... i shall check. Even in mychart Sun is

in 10th from Moon and also in Navamsa Lagna. But I want to know how different

personality traits can be studied from the horoscope. By personality traits I

mean whether the individual is warm hearted or cold hearted, Whether he is

intuitive or judgemental, Whether he goes by gut feeling or he takes all the

available facts into consideration before taking any decision, whether he

likes to take challanging activities, whether he is bogged down by ambiguity

and like hhighly structured job, coherent thinking, Rational approach to a

thing and more. I shall give details of those traits Interviewers study. I

have to compile lots of questionnaire and hence I need some time.

Thanks Krishna for your reply. Ya i also don't believe in the credibility of

those data where the researcher himself is not objective and biased. but the

problem is based on such unauthentic data, people try to disprove the validity

of astrology. As most of the so called rational person are biased about

astrology, these type of data cause more harm. You said we need not bother

ourselves whether others understands astrology or not. But I believe the other

way. We shall put consious effort to bring Astrology to its deserved place. It

is one of the highest form of Knowledge and We shall not tolerate any kind of

disgtace to it.
