Namaste,

The native was born in " vinaacha yoga " in kataka lagna.He is now under going

maaraka Budha Anthra Dasa in Rahu MahaDasa (December 2006 to July 2009).Budha

and Rahu in the 6th house.6th house Rahu Dasa could inflect cshaya roogha

(Tuberculosis ) and some times death also.Further 12th lord in 6th house Budha

anthra Dasa in Rahu MD could inflect cshaya roogha and sareera vaikalyam dosha

(coma).

Again Budha is also12th lord ;When the 12th lord attains durphalam yoga in

Rasi(6th house)Navamsa(Bujangha dosha),Shashathyamsa (Kroora ), it will cause

Dekha vaikalyam(coma) and hospitalization.

After synthesizing all the above referred delineated factors I am of the strong

opinion that the native might have been suffering from unattended chronic TB

which had plunged him into coma.Now at this juncture the native could only be

saved by Deva phalam, hence you may try the following preethi paryaya (in

addition to Medical treatment) :

Sree Vishnu shasrama japam,Budha grha santhi and Sudharsana Ohmam to make him

to come to active life.

Â || om gurave namah || Â Â Namaskar amitji,Â you have prescribed a good procedure of remedy. i think i can add some more.By using jaimini sutra , when a person get troubled by severe health problem (like in this case), then we must see the Ak and it's corresponding positions in D-9 for the shake of protection of this particular soul from the serious soul level sufferings.In D-9 the fourth house from AK is giving the blessings of Divine mother(das mahavidya) who always protect our soul from severe sufferings.Here Ak is rahu,

Conch is inimical to Lord Shiva---The puranas recommend & say not to use

any conch or conch-related articles for Shiva Puja--as Conch, or

" Shankha " is " Shankhaasur " an enemy of Lord Shiva--remember the great

fight with him in Bramha Vaivarta Puran??From his body, which dropped in

the ocean, the conch, sea-shells were born.

What madness? - I've seen Sankha Abisheks all my life performed performed on the Shivlinga, infact in some of the most powerful shrines Varanasi..Mahakal...and everywhere else.. - the conch is sacred to the lord, and the blowing of it symbolizes the

Dear ....

Conch is certainly sacred to Lord,as Vishnu holds this on his hand---the

Sankha(or Conch) when blown--through its ultrasonic sound can kill many insects

around.

It is certainly not madness---In bengal, we dont worship Shiva with a

Shankha,neither perform his abhishek. Rather we have a Shankha like utensil,

made of Brass, Copper or Silver & use it for Abhishek.

I have never seen Shankha has been used in Varanasi.
