Welcome. It's your lagna that's Capri, not rasi. Rasi generally is the sign where Moon is (Leo, in your case). And you mean 7.55 pm, I think, right? What's the timezone to be considered vis-a-vis GMT?

 

6th lord Mercury in 8th does show some nice legal duels to be fought :\
