Dear Sarat Prabhu (and maybe others),

Hare Krishna. Jaya Jagannath!

A couple of weeks ago we exchanged views with Gauranga about the chapter on " Circumstances at Birth " in BPHS where the Rishi says that if a native is born in the night time then Saturn and Moon stand for father and mother, and if in a day time then Sun and Venus respectively. The question was whether this categorization extended only to judging the birth circumstances or also applicable to other readings. We expressed our opinions but both were inconclusive.

 

Could you please help us with the answer to this question.
