No, do not try to change her faith but instead tell her that she is worshipping the Divine mother with another mantra. The Chamunda Mantra has THREE DHYANA for MahaKali, Maha Saraswati & MahaLakshmi. So, you can give her the Mahakali Dhyana instead of all three. Kali and Krishna are the same (Todal Tantra) i.e. If Vishnu is Krishna then Durga is Kali...if Vishnu is Rama then Durga is Tara. They are like brother and sister. Try to find out the mantra she is doing. There are many mantra for Kali. Does she worship Dakshinamurti before worshipping Kali? Has she been instructed by a Guru for doing her mantra? Can she wear a light blue color FEROZA Stone in silver in the ring finger? Just check all this.

Venus being a watery planet does not give asthama. By being in Cancer it indicates the region of the body that will have the disease. Asthama is specifically indicated by the Papakartari Yoga os Rahu (Choking the throat) & Mars (Dry cough). Ask her to worship Dakshinamurti with the following Mantra before she worships Kali Mata. Thakur also did this and it is advised.
