Dear Friends,

A freind of mine is considering risking a sizeable amount of money

to apply for a work visa in the usa( he currently lives in india)

He doesnt want to risk loss of the money, unless he can be assured

he will

1) get the work visa (when is good time to apply?)

2)he will beable to make enough money to make it worthwhile to come

to USA to work,.

He has MBA,banking skills,some software experience,etc.

 

Im including some detials of his life for rectification

I appreciate your input, as he is my friend it is hard to be

objective,with friends and family so I am seeking outside

confirmation.

thank-you for your help in advance.

I hope some of you can give me some

solid input,

PLease note that Jaimini says, Merc in 2nd from AL gives raja yoga,

but look at navamsa postion and also other factors.

will it happen if it does in USA, verses India,,

let me know what you think,,

Had a very good job: Feb 1995 through August 1997

 

SChooling: 1964 (6th std) through 1969 (X-Std)

1969-1974 - College degree

i did not pass degree in the first attempt

i suffered a big depression in those also.

marraige was end of Feb 1979

 

When did you get job in usa... ie when did you first come to usa for

work visa,, and had good job , and what were dates you worked here

in usa

Landed in USA in last week of = Aug 1999

Got first software job in May 2000. (until then i did some small

jobs)

I got a job in = May 2000 , not really earned a penny since Jan 2003

best financial situation was= May 2000 through mid 2002

 

I have three elder sisters. two younger brothers (immedate young

brother passed away when i was 8)

: we are two living bros. me and my only younger

 

broke shoulder from scooter accident March 2003

accident hit by car = August 2004

 

I had a fracture in my left leg, on = June 05, 1983

was bed ridden for four months

 

 

OTher than that, no other major health issue
