People can download gayatri mantra and recite. But, I think it has to be given by a competent guru to recite it. Learned people may sound narrow minded at times. But, it is not the case. There must be hidden meaning for all these that we may not be able to understand. Instead of questioning their authority, we can spend our little time in exploring things that are worth. Guest guest
Dear Shaam, You are not doing a sadhana. In a sadhana mantras are different. Mantras usually need to be done for some one lakh times accompanied by a whole set of rigorous rituals and pujas. This goes for any deity. And such sadhanas usually take 2-3 hours per day. They are done by people who are into sadhana. What Visti mentioned applies to sadhana. What are given to clients is something completely different. The client is given a safe and do=able mantra depending upon the person's chart and needs. You will be given those instructions that are necessary for you and for your chart. Sadhana rules do not apply here. Doing a bath before any mantra is advisable, but is necessary for Bagalamukhi. Hence Sanjayji stressed on that angle. He would have given you that much instructions as is necessary for you to do according to the needs of your chart. Malas also differ. Please use the mala suggested by him as per your chart. I would suggest not to waste any more time and start on your remedy. The achyuta gurukulam and sohamsa lists are learning forums. Hence when anyone asks questions on these lists it is assumed that you are a serious learner and doing a rigorous sadhana. Hence responses in the lists are given according. Sarbani Rath On Behalf Of sbm_sharma Thursday, April 02, 2009 7:12 PM Re: [Om Krishna Guru] Baglamukhi Sadhana Dear Sarbani Ji, Thank you for your response. I'm a very blunt person, I will be using the Bagalamukhi Mantra for career related purposes as Mars is in the 10th and lord of the 10th (Ju in 10th as well). I have zero inclination towards spirituality at the present moment. As you may know, Sanjay Ji gave me the mantra (which I shall not repeat here) for this purpose and another which I do not want to state here. Sanjay Ji did not mention anything about vegetarianism (I am mostly vegetarian) or celibacy (This will not be an option for me, but I can be pure vegetarian if need be). He only mentioned taking a bath before reciting and using coral or haldi mala. I got a little afraid after I heard all the dire warnings of doing Bagalamukhi Sadhana without the aforementioned prerequisites. So I posted on this board. If you could kindly clarify once and for all, it would be MUCH appreciated. Kind Regards , " Sarbani Rath " <sarbani wrote: > > Dear Vikas and Shambaag, > > There are many mantras for not only her but for other deities as well. Guest guest
||HARE RAMA KRSHNA|| Respected Sarbani ji, The mantra was advised when I was passing through a very difficult time in my life about 3 years ago but I have been doing it since then, the aim being blessings of mother. what started as a remedy became a part of my life though with a change in mantra beeja since last few months, dont know if I can call it sadhana ( I dont use explicit rituals- just nyasa anda fixed number of mantra at almost same time daily facing the same direction, used to wear yellow clothes earlier but now the mantra seems to be more important than colour of clothes)or just growing affection for mother, Mars as ishta as well as 4th from karkamsa in my chart, sometimes I find it intresting to see Sri kali in yellow sari when I meditate upon Sri Bagalmukhi and a beautiful kali in red when i medidate upon mother as kali. Some kids never grow and I seem to be one of them, mother's lap is the best place. with regards , " Sarbani Rath " <sarbani wrote: > > Dear Vikas and Shambaag, > > There are many mantras for not only her but for other deities as well. Guest guest
Dear Sarbani Ji, Thanks so much for your detailed response. My apologies if my post suggested that Sanjay Ji did not inform me about certain things. That was not at all my intention. He told me everything I needed to know, in a very friendly even joking way. I had always heard scary things about Bagalamukhi related remedies so I became a bit apprehensive. I should have asked him then and there but for some reason the questions eluded my mind. I had also mistakenly equated " Sadhana " with " Remedy " . But clearly, this need not always be the case. Obviously, Sanjay Ji has more knowledge about this subject than perhaps anyone on this planet. He suggested either Red Coral or Haldi mala. I'll stick with Haldi, as genuine Red Coral rarely is available in good quality (absolutely no spots, cracks, un-dyed etc) despite what the so-called " best " jewelers say. I will proceed in short order. Regards Sham , " Sarbani Rath " <sarbani wrote: > > Dear Shaam, > > You are not doing a sadhana. > > Sarbani Rath > > > > > > On Behalf Of sbm_sharma > Thursday, April 02, 2009 7:12 PM > > Re: [Om Krishna Guru] Baglamukhi Sadhana > > > > > Dear Sarbani Ji, > > Thank you for your response. Guest guest
||HARE RAMA KRSHNA||Dear Gopal ji,Continuation of mantra may not have been possible without the able guidance of my Guru who advised me to meditate facing a particular direction apart from advising me the correct mantras instead of going ahead with the mantras which I had downloaded from net like most people. Guest guest
Dear Vikas, I don’t know enough about your situation to respond. I am familiar with the context Shaam wrote his mail and hence I responded. Secondly, I am one of Divya’s teachers in Delhi, hence I wrote to her. Sarbani Rath On Behalf Of vikas Friday, April 03, 2009 12:32 PM Re: [Om Krishna Guru] Baglamukhi Sadhana ||HARE RAMA KRSHNA|| Respected Sarbani ji, The mantra was advised when I was passing through a very difficult time in my life about 3 years ago but I have been doing it since then, the aim being blessings of mother. what started as a remedy became a part of my life though with a change in mantra beeja since last few months, dont know if I can call it sadhana ( I dont use explicit rituals- just nyasa anda fixed number of mantra at almost same time daily facing the same direction, used to wear yellow clothes earlier but now the mantra seems to be more important than colour of clothes)or just growing affection for mother, Mars as ishta as well as 4th from karkamsa in my chart, sometimes I find it intresting to see Sri kali in yellow sari when I meditate upon Sri Bagalmukhi and a beautiful kali in red when i medidate upon mother as kali. Some kids never grow and I seem to be one of them, mother's lap is the best place. with regards , " Sarbani Rath " <sarbani wrote: > > Dear Vikas and Shambaag, > > There are many mantras for not only her but for other deities as well. Guest guest
   dear friend,   actually what i mean by download is this :  my friend does not know hindi writing or devnagri script properly as he always studied in christian school.  he had heard abt this mantra, and asked me also, and i had shown him 1-2 times.  then he googled it and downloaded the mantra in english written language and learned the phonetics from me,and did it by again downloading yantra from net taking prinout and following some steps i had shown him.  like bathing before doing pooja taking yagnopavit sanskar and stuff incl wearing yellow clothes using yellow kaner flowers doing besan ke laddo bhog etc.  he did it with sincerity in heart.and got the results.  this is around 1-1/2 yrs ago.  but after he saw the results he is still continuing the mantra.he is not so called brahmin by birth but surely now he is brahmin by karma.  anyway i sincerely believe the fact that divine mother parambrahma paramatma adi shakti is the only god in existance and all gods and goddesses and suray sahit navgraha and we r all part of her and if we sincerely ask for help she always gives it.  this is very clearly written in sri devi atharvasheesh, srimad devi bhagwat puran etc...and we all experience this regularly.  she is herself unending unconditional love and full of mercy and salvation giver for us.    om shakti  gopal        On 4/5/09, Visti Larsen <visti wrote: हरे राम कृषà¥à¤£Dear Gopal, Namaskar. How can you say that your friend who downloaded the mantra through the net didn't get diksha? Guest guest
Dear Shaam, You are welcome. Haldi mala is for sadhana and more for spirituality. Your chart will benefit more from a coral mala. Coral is inexpensive and easy obtainable in an undamaged form. Try getting it,. It will work wonders for you. Sarbani Rath On Behalf Of sbm_sharma Friday, April 03, 2009 12:52 PM Re: [Om Krishna Guru] Baglamukhi Sadhana Dear Sarbani Ji, Thanks so much for your detailed response. > > Sarbani Rath > > > > > > On Behalf Of sbm_sharma > Thursday, April 02, 2009 7:12 PM > > Re: [Om Krishna Guru] Baglamukhi Sadhana > > > > > Dear Sarbani Ji, > > Thank you for your response.
