Dear Gurudev!

 

Thank you very much for giving time to go through the case. My mother infact

has problem of Asthma which is again confirmrd by Venus being a watery planet

and placed in a watery sign, Cancer. But she has also problem in the stomach

and which is undiagnosable. Can you please throw some light on it.

 

As you have prescribed, worshippig Maa Chamundi; i like to tell you that she

has been worshipping Maa Kali (Dakshina Kali Rupa) for quite long and she is

quite attached with her. She behaves like she(Maa Kali) is her mother. Is it

appropriate to tell her to worship another Devi. I hope it will be a shock to

her and she may not be willing to do so.

 

What is the significance of Venus as lord of 12th house in the 9th (from Matri

Sthira Karaka? Does this show pilgrimage?

 

I shall try to prognosticate how will Mars antardasa for her. Mars as the

Lagna and 6th lord from Matri Sthira Karaka will not be so bad as the Lagna

lord. He is combust and may cause some problem through excess heat.

 

If we treat Pi as Matri Lagna then Mars become the 2nd lord and the 9th lord

placed in 6th. Being placed in 6th as second lord, it may act as a Maraka, but

Jupiter's (Lagna Lord) aspect and Saturn's (Ayus Karaka) -graha dristi- may be

a saviour and Mars is also the lord of trikona will be favourable. Again

Jupiter is aspecting from 12th and Saturn is the 12th lord may show that she

may be hospitalised but may recover soon.

 

Shall I give here birth data for better examination?

 

Here is a question regarding Sthira karaka. Why the planet which is weaker and

again more afflicted by malefics win for the sthira Matri Karaka whereas you

have said earlier the stronger between the Moon/ Mars will be the winner?

Dear Jyotisha,

Nobody has yet answered the primary question of sarajit..WHY IS VENUS

VIMSOTTARI BAD FOR MOTHER? KCD does not answer this, and the Karaka's have

been mentioned, but nothing has been told as to what is to be done about

them.

For health use Sthira Karaka. Take the stronger between Mars/Moon for

the sthirakaraka for mother. If the weaker one is more afflicted, then it

shall be the Sthira Karaka.What is mentioned about the alternate karaka in

BPHS is for Naisargika Karakatwa modification. This can be used in cases of

adoption also. In the chart of Sarajit, Moon in debility is weaker than Mars

in Leo. However, the Moon is afflicted by Rahu making it the Marti Sthira

Karaka. This is Scorpio and Venus is the Lord of the 7th & 12th house

showing pain and hospitals. Being in Cancer it shall relate to areas like

the chest.

Tret the 4th house as the Lagna of mother and Veus becomes the 8th lord

in cancer showing that there could be affliction to the chest region and

disease in its Dasa.

Finaaly, the most important, check the Chara Karaka. Venus is the Matri

Karaka i.e. it behaves like the Atmakaraka for mother and unless remedial

measures are done, it will be unrelenting. In the Navamsa, venus is in

Sagittarius with Mars & Moon forming the Chamunda Yoga in the 12th house

from it in Scorpio. Thus, the natural remedy to cure mother is to worship

Chamunda Devi with the Dasakshari Mantra.

As regards the D-12, please note the Papakartari Yoga on the 4th house

caused by Mars and Rahu as Venus is in a sign owned by Rahu. Further, venus,

Merc and Saturn conjoin showing that the dasa of Saturn shall be good while

that of Merc mediocre and Venus shall be very bad for parents. The Seventh

lord from the 4th house (Gemini) is Jupiter and it aspects Venus with Merc &

Sat. The second lord is the Moon and it conjoins Mars. Can you see how it

will be in Venus-Mars?? So, his mother should worship Chamundi.

Thank you very much for your replies. Gauranga's reply is more convincing as

chara and sthira matrukaraka is badly placed in D-1 and D-12. Though this

can

be seen using various other dasa system such as KCD, Narayana and Matri

shoola, I wondered what is the basis for his (uncle's) prediction with venus

vimshottari period. My logic was that Venus is placed in Mercury's

constellation (hence he should give result of Mercury)and Mercury is combust

and afflicted by Mars. But the question is why mercury is bad for mother's

health. 4H represents matters concerning the Mother and 6th from the 4th

(i.e., 9th) represent mothers ill health. Mercury is badly placed in 9th. I

think this also show ill health to mother.

 

I have a question to Gauranga/Narasimha. I might have missed out something

on

Sthira karaka and hence was not knowing that Venus can also be Matrukaraka

for

day birth. I was knowing that it is only Moon. Can you provide me more info

on

such riders...

 

I am giving here the sthira karakatwas of various planets. Please correct

me

if I go wrong somewhere..

Moon- 4H

MARS-3H, 6H

VENUS-7H

MERCURY-4H, 10H

JUPITER-2H,5H,9H,10H,11H

Any prospects of mother's recovery. Doctors could not diagnose the disease.

Namaste.

 

For day birth Sun and Venus should be considered the Karakas for the father

and mother respectively. Besides this the Martikaraka is Venus as well..

Venus

in the 8th house (Ayur Bhava may signify the mother's health problems. Plus

venus is in Cancer, the sign of the mother, with the lord (Moon) debilitted

in

Scorpio. This may indicate the same. See the Dwadashamsha: Venus is in the

12th with Saturn, Ketu and Mercury, lord of the 4th from dwadashamsha Lagna.

May also indicate losses in connection with mother. But the Moon is exalted

here, stands together with Mars, so this may indicate recovery after

illness.
