I am sure that gentleman is running the

paryaya dasa of the 6th lord, Jupiter with sthira karaka for health,

the Sun in the 6th. That’s a snap view about health issue. Look

at TR Jupiter’s negative 9th position from natal Moon. Jupiter

is in marana and in trines to natal Rahu.

Next you talked about the 8th lord.

Unfortunately, you’ve only considered Saturn and that its transit into

Cancer is a miscalculation about its recent entry which was really last year. The

other funactional malefic is Mercury, being the 3rd lord and the

owner of the 12th house.

 

Phaladeepika states the following of the

planets. I am only putting down the pertinent:

 

6th Lord Jupiter:Neurotuc disturbances

caused by axiety, sufferings due to the curses of Brahmanas and Devas,

diseases caused by Kinnaras, Yakshas, Devas, Serpants and Vidyadharas.

8th lord: a) Saturn – Mental abnormality

and trouble from polluted goblins and the like. b) co-lord of 8th,

Rahu – Mental deviations, trouble from ghosts and serpents.

12th House, Mercury - It is the karaka of

mental weakness, of memory. Harm from evil demons moving in the abodes of

gandhavas, in the fiery pits (dwelling of these evil spirits) and evil

spirits.

 

 

8th and 12th lords,

Mercury and Saturn are in the 5th and both 8th lords

aspect the 7th house and badhakesh. Badhakesh in the 7th suggests

a kirtana/organizing a dance festival to appease Narayanaya.

But my take on this is that it is from

mother’s ancestry that needs the offerings of shradha.

 

Now look at the sarvatobhadra chakra and

decide from there, how transits are affecting his health. 2 malefics have to be

involved, always.
