Guest guest
Hare Krishna to all, here are my assignments on the lesson 6. Dear Gauranga Prabhu, can you take a little look at it and see if everything is correct, please. Thank you. 1) Determine the Hora at the time of birth in your horoscope. Do the houses ruled by the Lord of the Hora have any special significance in your life? - Time of birth; 28.7.1969., Monday, 21:20, 13E52; 44N51. Time zone is +1. Longitude of local time is 13 degrees and 52 minutes, so longitude difference is 13ÿ52' x 0ÿ4' = 4'32''. Starting time for Hora at Pula; 6 AM - 4'32'' = 5ÿ55'28'' ; time difference 21ÿ20' - 5ÿ55'28'' 00 = 15ÿ24'32'' and Hora is 16. The lord of the 16th Hora on Monday is SATURN. Saturn rules lagna and 12th house in my horoscope (for Aquarius lagna). Actually, primary ruler of the lagna is Rahu because he (Rahu) is Atmakaraka. So, Saturn rules 12th house. 12th house is house of loses but also the house of some sort of loneliness, shyness, isolation and also hospitalization, jails or ashrams or places where person is isolated. It is also house of moksha or liberation. I can say that pretension for attaining, or at least staying on this path, of moksha is very much present in my life. After all, this is the meaning of life and all the activities that we are doing in our lives. So, lord of the Hora Saturn seems to have special signification. 2) Write a project or report concerning your work starting the Hora of the lord of the tenth house in your chart. Make a chart for the moment of starting this work. Evaluate the results after 6 months of completion of the project/report. I don't have any such project in the past and I will attempt to note down a project in the near future. 3) Draw the chart for the swearing-in time for the president/prime minister of your nation and determine the Hora/Hora lord. Does this have any link to the main activity or focus of the government during its tenure? Highlight the results and failures related to the houses ruled by the Lord of the Hora. Can you relate the success and failures to the relationship between the Lord of the tenth and the Lord of the Hora? You can use Argala, Drishti etc to stress your points. This question requires some research. I must first discover the exact time of swearing-in time for the president of Croatia. Then I will analyze the chart in my best ability. 4) Will you ever write a book or teach Jyotish? If so, during which Hora should you give the Guru mantra to your students? Does this have a link to the Bhava or the Arudha Pada of the Bhava? 3rd house is for writing, lord is Mars and Saturn is in it. For writing also Mercury has to be considered. So, Hora of one of these planets will be favorable for writing the book. Mantras are seen from the 5th house, which is ruled by Mercury and Venus is in it. Disciples are seen from the A5 which is in 7th house ruled by Sun. Giving the Guru mantra to the disciple is desirable in the Hora of the Mercury or Sun, and Venus. 5) You would like to buy a new house. Which Hora would be most suitable to negotiate for the house? On which day should you step into new house? Houses are seen from 4th house. In my horoscope 4th house is ruled by Venus. Moving in the house is favorable to be done in the Hora of Venus. For the negotiation Mercury shall be considered. 6) On which day/Hora should you look up for a doctor? Lord of the 12th house is Saturn and during the Hora of Saturn is the right time to visit a doctor. 7) Which is the best day for you to see his Jyotish? If the Jyotish only gives appointment to the people on weekends (Saturday/Sunday) then which time is the most suitable? Ruler of the 5th and 8th house is Mercury. In the 5th house Venus is placed and in the 8th house Jupiter and Ketu are placed. Mercury is placed in the 6th house in the association with Sun. So, the Hora of Mercury on the Sunday (ruled by Sun) shall be used for visiting Jyotisha. 8) You had asked for an interwiev and the date given is very inauspicious, say it is ruled by the lord of the 8th house. The time also seems to be most inauspicious. What would you do? First of all, I would try to postpone the interwiev for some other auspicious time. If this is not possible then I will try to find the lesser degree of inauspiciousness. Meditation and prayer (or japa) are always effective in removing all obstacles. 9)Your spouse has asked for a divorce and has walked out of the house. You don't want to break the marriage. What would you do? I would try to appoint a dialogue in the auspicious Hora and then try to find a solution that would be satisfactory for both. In my horoscope the ruler of the 7th house is Sun and ruler of the 9th house is Venus (for dharma and happiness). I would look also in the horoscope of the other partner and in this way determine the auspicious Hora. Thanks, Hare Krishna, Darpaha Dasa. Guest guest
JAYA JAGANNATHA! Dear Darpaha prabhu, Hare Krishna. Hare Krishna to all, here are my assignments on the lesson 6. After all, this is the meaning of life and all the activities that we are doing in our lives. So, lord of the Hora Saturn seems to have special signification. Yes, Satrun will give an inclination to renounciation. 2) Write a project or report concerning your work starting the Hora of the lord of the tenth house in your chart. Make a chart for the moment of starting this work. Evaluate the results after 6 months of completion of the project/report. Disciples are seen from the A5 which is in 7th house ruled by Sun. Giving the Guru mantra to the disciple is desirable in the Hora of the Mercury or Sun, and Venus. Arudhas are the Maya of this world. But we want to do real things. Therefore never choose the lord of the Arudha Pada. Choose the real house. Lord of 3rd is good for writing. Lord of 5th is good for mantras. Don't consider the planets in there, only the lord of the house. Karakas shoudl not be taken into consideration here. 9th lord for negotiations and 4th lord for Griha-pravesh. 6) On which day/Hora should you look up for a doctor? Lord of the 12th house is Saturn and during the Hora of Saturn is the right time to visit a doctor. Why? Do you want to lose something whilie visiting him? 7) Which is the best day for you to see his Jyotish? If the Jyotish only gives appointment to the people on weekends (Saturday/Sunday) then which time is the most suitable? Ruler of the 5th and 8th house is Mercury. If this is not possible then I will try to find the lesser degree of inauspiciousness. Meditation and prayer (or japa) are always effective in removing all obstacles. You can start out earlier for the appointment, at an auspicious hora. Yes, 7th is important here.
