Dear Visti and List Members, Namaskaar.

 

Thanks for writing, Visti. Yes -- I have seen transits (Gochara) in vargas used

before. However, I was better trying to understand the timing and use in these

vargas and needed some more guidance.

 

For Saturn (Shani)’s transit, I opened a chart of the moment. Here is what I

observed:

 

Saturn -- 17 Cn 16' 02.22 " Asre 1 Cn Sg

 

Now, I examined this in Kumar’s chart.

(Please correct me if I am making a mistake here)

 

RASHI POSITION:

Clearly Saturn is transitting Kumar’s natal Moon (Chandra) in the Lagna of the

Rashi.

 

NAVAMSA POSITION:

If one were to examine Kumar’s Navamsa, Moon is in the third house of Scorpio

(Vrischik).

 

Based on current transits, Saturn is in Saggitatius (Dhanus) Navamsa.

 

This would be in the 2nd from the Moon for the native’s Navamsa.

 

DASAMSA POSITION:

Kumar’s Moon is in the third house of Leo (Simbha) in the Dasamsa.

 

Based on current transits, Saturn is in Leo Dasamsa.

 

Here is where some clarification is sought:

Sanjay P seemed to imply he was considering Moon’s transit in CANCER in the

DASAMSAA … Also wrote that Moon is in the 12th from LEO in the Dasamsa (implying

Cancer, again).

 

When using transits, should we consider Saturn in Cancer or in Leo for this

person in the **Dasamsa**?

Dear Nitin and Raghunatha, Namaskar

 

I hope this isn’t the first time that you’ve heard about Transits in Vargas,

Sanjayji uses it all the time, and especially in Navamsa, as this shows the

bhagya of the person, whilst in D3 it shows the karma.

 

The concept of transposing signs into or from the vargas, is known as the

varga-tulya-rasi or rasi-tulya-varga.

 

The degree-wise transit will tell the exact timing of the problems. I.e. Saturn

transits one nakshatra in a year, thus he will transit in one navamsa every

three months... This way you can know the exact effects.

I had a question relating to the analysis below. ..? A fellow student and

friend, Raghunath Rao and I were reflecting a bit more on this.

 

If we are to consider the transits in the subdivisionals, should we not see that

Saturn is transitting Leo in the Dasamsa…?

 

Secondly, can we also apply this transit to other divisons? i.e. if Saturn were

to be transitting 12th from the Moon in D4, could we possibly infer that there

are troubles to fixed assets for the native (amongst other interpretations)?

 

Lastly, I remain reflective as to which harmonic we can take these as

practically (i.e. D1 – D12, D12 – D24, etc)…

Dear Kumar,

You are running Sade-Sathi (7-1/2 years) transit of Saturn in your

dashamsha(D10). Hence some disinterest in Job area. You Moon is in Leo in D10

and Cancer transit of Saturn is causing some disinterest.

Saturn having 4 points in Cancer indicates the that the trouble will be average

and be mental distraction.

 

The real problem is not current transit but the current dasa,

The transit of Saturn in 12th from Moon is agrevating the Current dasa of Mars

and Saturn in 5th house. Libra in D10.

Libra is AL with two malefics on Saturn and Mars on it. Being malefics and also

the 8th and 11th lord respectively. Can give bad image. Image of being very

incompetent (Saturn) and over that being very short tempered (Mars).

The exalted Saturn is good. Showing much opportunities. This will be a good time

to change jobs.

 

But the actual Professional Satisfaction will only come after you understand

Libra. Do a course in MBA or finance. Since Libra is 6th from Amatyakaaraka in

Navamsa, So Libra is source of your fortune and wealth.

Worship Mahalakshmi everyday. Keep and Image of Mahalakshami at whereever you

work as she is palana devi and will protect your Arudha (Image) in D10.

 

Do 3rd anuvaaka of Shri Rudram before you enter work. (sham ca me a.nukaamsha ca

me...) refer any websites for this.
