Guest guest
Dear Narayana, Jaya Jagannath Please follow the teachings strictly as given under the 7th house (Chapter 10) of COVA. We have to count the miscarriages. Guest guest
JAYA JAGANNATHA! Dear Narayan, Pranaams. > Jaya Jagannatha! > > Pranaams Gurudev and Members, > > I am in the process of rectifying my friend's chart. > This is the situation: > > His mother was pregnant on 4 occasions: > > 1 2 3 4 > > 1 and 3 were miscarriages. > 2 and 4 were success. > > Q1. In analyzing his chart from AL, the 11H will it > represent the miscarriage or the one who is alive, > i.e. the 3rd kid(miscarriage) or 2nd kid(alive)??? > > So....the main question is " Should we consider miscarriages... " ???? As per the UPSJ the subsequent children should be interpreted from the Saptamsha. See Sutra 1.4.31. In a female's chart the first pregnancy will be indicated by the 9th house and therefrom we use Mandooka Gati (stepping back two signs at a time). So the secnd pregnanci is indicated by the 7th, the 3rd by the 5th, and so on until it reaches the 9th house again. Here we take the 10th instead and contoinue therefrom. So this scheme allows us to analyze 12 pregnancies separately. The miscarriages and abortions should also considered while counting, otherwise the whole scheme gets wrong. Miscarriages are usualy shown by the Rasi Dristi of the nodes. The placement of the nodes in any of these houses will usually show the last child to be born. In male charts we begin from the 5th and the counting is done clockwise. I hope this helps. I had a fwe cases of multiple miscarriages where this scheme worked nicely. Guest guest
Dear Gauranga, Thanks a bunch. I think you answered my question. Since I have only the kids chart , I guess I will have to limit myself to the D3 chart.
