Dear Gurudev and all,

I will follow the example of Solai (who revealed to us the rules for determining Graha drishti on nakshatras and nakshatra drishti, thanks Solai) about homework on nakshatras.

So, janma nakshatra is Uttara Ashada.

Planets which give aspect on this nakshatra are; Sun and Jupiter.

Nakshatras that gives aspects are; Mrigashira (and Venus in it), Uttara Phalguni (and Jupiter in it), Purva Badhrapad (or lagna nakshatra).

Uttara Ashada is ruled by Sun and Sun gives drishti on it. It is, if I may say, double influence of Sun on this nakshatra.

Sun gives good health and also fiery temper which can be, under certain circumstances, perceivable. In debate I can become high-spirited and passionate if someone does not accept my arguments (which looks to me like "absolute truth"). But in the same time I can be tolerant and understandable interlocutor, this may be influence of Jupiter. Influence of Sun I described in the previous homework (like to rule, king, organization & management). Jupiter also can give interest in some sort of spiritual or religious topics, philosophy, sincerity, religious rituals and ceremonies etc.

Mrigashira, ruler is Mars, dosha-pitta, symbol-deer, Deity-Chandra (or Moon); meanings of this nakshatra are shyness, timidity, tenderness, (like deer), deer is always looking for something, he is always moving, wandering, in some progression or traveling. Feminality, maternality, youth and restlessness of mind.

I'm very shy and emotionally sensitive. It is very hard for me to open my hearth (or mind) to someone. My mind like variety and always look for "something different" or something new, fresh and undiscovered.

Uttara Phalguni, ruler-Sun, dosha-vata, symbol-bed, Deity-Arjaman. Meanings; riches, wealth, enjoyment, sexual pleasures, bed is place of rest and enjoyment, but person also can become lazy and inert. Uttara Phalguni also can give desire to help people.

Yes, I can become lazy and loose, sometimes addicted to some sort of enjoyment.

Purva Badhrapad, ruled by Jupiter, is actually lagna nakshatra, so lagna and janma nakshatra mutually aspects each other. Dosha is vata, Deity is Aja Ekapada. Fire and activity, in order to institute law and order in universe. Restlessness, anger and cruelty. Seriousness, sadness, symbol is man with two faces - one face looks into life and other into death, so person can become very serious, sometimes frightened etc...

As long as meaning of life and death are concerned I'm very serious. This is most important topic in my opinion. I always strive to get direct answer or to do something directly for the benefit of the soul and spiritual progress (of me and the others also).

Lagna nakshatra is Purva Badhrapad;

this nakshatra is aspected by Uttara Ashada, Chitra, Punarvasu nakshatras, no planets aspect Purva Badhrapad.

Drishti of Uttara Ashada; ruled by Sun, dosha is kapha, Deity is Vishvadev, symbol is elephant trunk. Characteristics; patience, persistence, sincerity, nobleness, practicality... This is also janma nakshatra, so impact of this nakshatra on personality is significant. My intelligence under the influence of this nakshatra can become very practical and methodical, patient, cautious and attentive, always trying to find the nearest path to solution of the problem, avoiding the obstacles very carefully etc
