I had hinted earlier > about that MasterMu and the DOJO!! It's a small prediction, but when Mu did To those who are not on GJlist: The issue was a misquote. Mu claimed that " western astrology is as valid as Jyotish " . He also claimed that Dr.Raman shared that opinion. I simply asked him to substantiate the claim with a reference, as I knew Dr.Raman never said that. The guy just wanted to misuse Dr.Raman's name to advance his theory! When cornered, he would just throw mud at me and call me names. Das has a soft corner for Mu, but that's different matter. We should never misquote elders. If we misquote by mistake, we should atleast have the character to accept it. Also, I think we should keep distance from people who think that Jyotish is a McDonald or KFC chain and adding new frachises is a great contribution. By hurriedly spreading Jyotish in the west, we will only be doing disservice. Not everyone westerner who embraces Jyotish has the same regard for Parasara as we do. Maharshi Parasara clearly mentioned that this knowledge should not be given to unworthy. If we think that somebody would mix up western stuff with Vedic and corrupt it, we should not teach Jyotish to that person. This list is a true Gurukul. Our vedic astrology list is not a gurukul, but it also has an ashram-like serious, sincere and scholarly atmosphere, which discourages ignoramuses from fighting and calling names. I am grateful for that. May Jupiter's light shine on us, Your sishya, Narasimha
