Guest guest
Dear Gauranga, Jaya Jagannath A lot depends on the level of the Jyotisha and his faith. If you ask me at my level today, then these three shall be 1. Srimad Bhagavat Gita 2. Sri Brihat Parasara Hora Shastra 3. Upadesa Sutra of Maharishi Jaimini Prasna is a part of BPHS and Jaimini also. Best Wishes, Sanjay Rath - Gauranga Das <gauranga <varahamihira > Tuesday, May 30, 2000 0156 SJVC [sri Guru] Jyotish Classics > JAYA JAGANNATHA! > > Dear Gurudeva and list members, > > Pranaams. > > I was thinking about the following question: If we are to choose > three works from the Jyotish classics that most apptorpiately and > elaborately describe the science of Jyotish, which ones would You > chooose? > > I thougth that the first two should be the BPHS and UPSJ.
