R1. I guess that the graha that over-lorship is Surya, since he is the atma

of the Solar System. He is who suports life in this planet, and he is the

source of light and heat. The rest of the planets move around him, givin his

obeisances --as the devotes walk around Tulsi devi to give obeisances to

her, the giver of bhakti.

 

R2. There is an atachment. The " colors " of Narayana (infinite) influence and

define the results of the grahas who live in Nara (finite). The results of

the finite depends of the infinite, but both are importants, since both of

them give the results to the jiva.
