Suppose someone with great faith in Sanjay AND his students walks in to SJVC towards the end of a class and poses a question. Suppose he did not explicitly say who he wants to answer it. Is it not a genuine prasna because of that? If one took a position that a genuine prasna would have to be posed to a single astrologer, that solves the riddle. But I am not convinced that a prasna posed to a gathering of learned astrologers is not genuine. > For your example, if some one asks a question in SJVC class, > and the > teacher feels it was genuine (I mean to say, it can > be genuine) teacher may take up the prasna himself, or may > direct one of > disciples there to work on it. That is ONE possibility. What if student x takes it up after going home, student y after his dinner and Sanjay after the pooja next morning? Which becomes the correct prasna lagna?
