Graha Yuddha - Please Guide

I need your guidance on the following issue.

 

In the following horoscope there is a strong case of graha yuddha.

The lagna was given to be Gemini but after checking some

characteristics I have changed it to Cancer.

 

According to Jhora, Me and Ra win the war (i assume based on higher

degree). Should we also check other factors like exaltation and

shadbalas ??

What will be the effects of the yuddha ? My feeling is that this

could cause some delays in marraige as Sa (7th lord) and Ju (9th

lord) are weakened. Su is also in rasi sandhi.
