Guest guest
||| Aum Krishna Guru ||| Dear Svayamby Ji and List Members, Namaskaar. I have no recollection or knowledge of the 10th lord in 8th being considered a Raj Yog. Perhaps other learned members can add to this if it is in the Classics anywhere. I do see your Yoga Karaka Shani Dev (Saturn) in Karka (Cancer) in your 10th House.... Guest guest
|| Hare Rama Krishna ||Dear Svayambhu-ji and Nitin-ji, Namaskar. A number of interesting angles exists in this chart w.r.t 10th Lord in the 8H question:1. 10th L in dusthana is not good and shows wrong actions, actions involving accidents or suddenness, blaming other etc (especially if malefic) as this graha gives full aspect to the 2H (speech). 2. However, the graha is Mo and Krishna Tritiya (reasonably good pakshabala) and is exalted. Hence Mo wants to give benefic effects. 8H is 11H from the 10H (which has 37 Astakavarga points) and hence exalted 10L in the 8H can be good for career gains especially in the 8H matters (occult etc.)3. 10H is 3rd from the 8H. We know that 3 and 8 are the houses of Longivity. And hence this combination increases longivity. 4. Subhapati (i.e. Mo's dispositor) is a benefic and is effectively in Lagna (for parivartana with Sun) owning lagna and joins lord of the 10H from Mo as well and this is good to be in service/job that you are really inclined for. As mentioned by Nitin-ji, Yogakaraka Sa in 10H is notable and constitutes Rajayoga. However, although Mo in the 8H has some good and some not-so-good indications, it is not a rajayoga which is only by combination of kendra/kona lords/houses.5. Mo is in Lagna in the Navamsa and Sun is in the trines to the lagna in the 9H in Navamsa. This shows as inborn talent for Music and Rhythym (which you may enhance by learning from a formal guru or music teacher. Do you sing or play drums/tabla ?)6. Last but not the least, Mo is in the Maranakarakasthana and oscillations of the mind or mental depressions can likely happen especially during the periods of lunar month when pakshabala of Mo is low. Mo in 8H however makes the native very intelligent, bright and susceptible to diseases (chronic) especially of the eye or epilepsy. Note that Ta is the 2H in the natural zodiac and rules over the eye which pertains to the 2H.7. What I stated is exclusively for the question asked. Other chart aspects should be studied to get a holistic view.Hope I contributed to your discussion.Best wishes,Sourav=======================================================sohamsa , "svayambu" <svayambu> wrote:>> Dear Nitin-ji & other members> > The chart details are October 23 1975, 7.05am Bangalore.
