The rules for the birth of twins are given in all standard texts and especially in saravali (Kalyan Verma). Can you try to list these? Which are the signs that can indicate two children? These can be either Mercury the Dual planet owning Gemini (Twins of opposite sex) or virgo. It can also be Scorpio and aquarius which are lorded by two planets.
