I got to jog my memory on this and I am hoping Sarbani/Freedom can help me out here!

 

Have you read the series of fiction books on Sudden the outlaw by Oliver Strange? Basically the story is that of Sudden the outlaw who roams the entire Wild Wild West in search of the two killers of his foster parent to deliver justice. Your question on D-40 & 45 reminds me of that search :-)...I have been searching for knowledge in this topic for the last two years and still searching...anyway, its rare to find any good article on this topic. Varga chakra may have something on this. Your best source of information on this topic is one person named Sri Sanjay Rath, to my knowledge :-).
