the days ruled by the Upapada and can giva a mantra suitable to the

propitiation of the deity normall worshipped on those days i.e. Fasting on

Mondays (at least 16) and worshipping Shiva with the Panchakshari Mantra

" NAMAH SHIVAYA " .
