Namaste Anita R,

Your karkamsha lagna is mithuna.So in 12th from

mithuna lies two planets sun and jupiter.Among these two Sun is of

higher longitudes.So u can pray to lord Rama ( Sun) as your isht

devta.U can also worship LOrd shiva.

 

As far as palan devta is

considered u must worship goddess - tripura sundari( Maha vidya) or

if u want to pray roopas of durga ji then u can follow mata

Katyayni.Basically tripura sundari maa and katyayani maa are the

deities of planet budha, which symbolises palan devi in your chart.
