Om Hrim Hamsa Soham Swaha

Dear Visti,

Tough to say. In India it would and this shows in the chart as they get

attached or very involved. Sometimes you may get the chart of a couple where

the first Upapada has nothing to do with the Lagna of the Spouse, then know

that it is the second. In this manner you can check the number of 'marriage

like relationships'intervening between the present spouse.

The tools are there, but they have to be used with great intelligence. Look

at the question of Saptamsa. You see Parasara taught the HORA SHASTRA or

that part of Jyotish which is scientific and will reveal itself in all

charts irrespective of who it is. Jaimini gave the Upadesa (Advisory Stanza)

and showed the detailed examination of spirituality, various Devatas

including Ista, Saptamsa, Rudramsa and other such divisions where the hand

of God is clearly seen and where His will is going to totally prevail.

Take my own chart. In Saptamsa, 7th Lord is Mercury in Scorpio and Mars is

in Gemini with Moon. Daughter should be expected, but my mother took my wife

to Jagannath and they did a small pooja for a son. I have a son now as the

second. Parivartana Yoga worked, but could I have predicted this?

Thus in areas where the Jaimini Sutra is going to be used, be careful as you

are treading in HIS TERRITORY. If He desires, then OM TAT SAT shall be

spoken from your lips. This is the difference between a Jyotisha and a

Daivagya.

OM TAT SAT

With Best Wishes

Sv: [sri Guru] Marriage questions

Om Krishna Guru

Dear Sanjay, Namaste.

" (more than 1year as you say to count as marriage). "

Many of my friends have had long relationships that lasted maybe 2 years,

however these occured in very young ages(teenage).

Do these still count as Marriage? Please elaborate.

Best wishes, Visti.

[sri Guru] Marriage questions

Om gurave namah

Om krishna Guru

Dear Sanjayji,

Friend of mine is already married. He had a love marriage. Seemingly

there does not seem any problem in their marriage. He is also

expecting a child now. I do not know if he had any long

relationship before.(more than 1year as you say to count

as marriage).

If one sees such problem in a chart can one

suggest Kumbha Vivaha when the person is already married?.

I also have other questions.

I was trying to predict when i would get married and also

to explain many other charts for marriage timing. For this

1. can Jupiters aspect on 2nd lord from upapada be considered

as marriage giving?. Can you please tell me difference between

the second house from upapada and 2nd lord from upapada.

2. Can Upapada be considered from Navamsa. (I do not remember

you using Upapada in navamsa in your book). If yes which

of the upapada is more marriage indicator. The Rasi one or

the Navamsa one.

3. 7th lord from venus indiactes where the spouse comes from.

Is it relative to the place of birth of the navive or his or

her current residence?.

Yours Sincerely,

Shishya

Upapada in Scorpio (Jup in 10 in debility means the Lagna is Mesha

and 12th Lord Jup in debility in Capricorn is in 11th from Pisces

i.e. Upapada is Scorpio) with Rahu in debility in 2nd from it and

Moon in debility in UL.. Kumbha Vivaha is necessary or 1st attachment

goes and second may survive depending on Mercury.

Om Gurave Namah,

Shree Ganeshaya Namah,

Dear Sanjayji,

Pranaam, Very many thanks for answering my questions. I was feeling

left out in studies. I'll start keeping notes more now.

Till now I used to keep notes of the just calculation

details for various parameters and dasas in my excel sheet

and not other items as I tend to feel that I can access what

I need from the archives of the list/books. I used just read, read

and read.

> PS: Start fasting on the days of your Upapada and do not jump to

conclusions

> easily. Study harder and ask questions, make notes.

I already fast on Saturdays Sunrise to Sunset everyweek. My

mother after consulting an astrologer told me to do so.

I suppose it must have been to ensure my father's good health

and/or because of saturn's transit on my moon.

Should I stop this for thursdays(Upapada lord) or do both?.

If it is so I feel i'll continue on saturday. Please advice.

I am not perfect with my habits.

With your blessings I'll study harder and improve.

SPRABHAK: The Lagna of the spouse is Sagittarrius which is 7th from

the 8th of upapada. So this could mean that she is the 2nd. this

explains. This marriage could be better as second from 8th of

upapada is aspected by Sun and Venus.

In such cases If a native asks for remedy should we suggest

fasting on the lord of 8th from the Upapada (2nd marriage) or Lord

of upapada itself.

I think it should be Lord of Upapada as all subsequent marriages

are derived from the this. am I right?

Yours sincerely

shishya

Hare Rama Krishna

Om Krishna Guru

Hi Sanjayji,

You told that the aspect of the jupiter on the second house from UL

could bring marraige to a native.

1) Is full aspect of Guru taken for this or also the 5th and

9th aspect can be taken, Please clarify.

2) Also Is this the only method to delianate marraige.

3) What is the significance of marraiges which had not taken place

in such a periods.

Thanks

-Siva

RATH YES Guru's aspect on the second from UL, especially in transit gives

marriage.
