On the Dasa Pravesh Cakra, draw up a new chart from your POB when the new dasa begins. On the premise that this is based on Solar Return, Leo Dasa begins from my solar birthday, which is the 3rd April. Read the chart according to that, based on the tithi, vara and so on.
