Outburst in Yugoslavia

Dear Jyotisha,

There has come a huge outburst of protests/strikes in Yugoslavia, after

President Milosevic

refused to accept his defeat in recent elections. A complete strike and

standstill is expected.

Due to electricity cuts, I may not be available at all times.

Here is a chart of Yugoslavia and my humble opinion

the force to maintain

this year will concentrate on political affairs. In D-10. There is

saturn in 9th house(president) which

indicates defeat and grief to president. Saturn is badhakesh for the

chart, and carries danger for

president. Guru 9th lord is placed in 8th house of resignation./death.

Currently there is sun patyathini

dasha running, sun being lord of lagna and placed in 9th house.

Currently, the President is exercising

his unconditional power to keep his position. Very soon Jupiter

patyathini dasha will be running

and jupiter rules 9th house of president in D-10, being placed in 8th

house. It is expected that in

this period he may resign from power. I would appreciate comments of
