Guest guest
Namaste dear gurus & fellow students, Hare Rama Krsna. A couple of weeks ago I had sent a puzzle to guess my career or present activities. For some time now it has been silent, after I had asked to guess my ista devata. This text has the solution: >Moon: A strong influence of the Moon gives undying fame just like the >association of Krishna and Arjuna. The deity is Jagannath. >In this manner you should think...Mars (Balaram/Narasimhadeva), Mercury >(Sri >Achyuta/Buddhadeva), Jupiter (Dattatreya/Sri Vamana/Guru's/Narada >Muni/Rishi), Venus (Hayagreeva/Parasurama), Saturn >(Doorvasa/Koormarupa)..etc. > >Vishwaroopa is the direction for further thought. >I end here and ask your Guru Maharaj to explain further >Blessings >Sanjay Rath I have Moon in 12th from Karakamsha (in Navamsa), I thought this to represent Krsna, here more specifically Lord Jagannath. And indeed, my present activity is to worship Lord Jagannath, Baladeva and Lady Subhadra in the temple as a pujari. In navamsha Mercury aspects in rasi dristi (Sri Achyuta, our jyotish acarya?), in rasi chart Jupiter aspects 12th from karakamsha, while it is in 6th from amatyakaraka, so it goes along with worship of guru. May also refer to Baladeva, the adi-guru and Lady Subhadra represented by Mercury? I would like to ask Pt Sanjay Rath why particularly Moon stands for Jagannath? I also worship small Gaura-Nitai deities, Gaura or LOrd Caitanya Mahaprabhu might also be represented by Moon, since He is Godhead Himself Who appeared at full moon night, Gaura-Purnima in month of Phalguna, and He is great worshipper of Lord Jagannath. And Nitai, Nityananda, is same as Lord Baladeva. Your servant, Dhira Krsna dasa
