Drishti - Basic Questions

|| Hare Rama Krishna ||Dear Gurujanas/Members, Pranam. I have some basic questions regarding drishti. I would be grateful if you can provide some knowledge.1. Why are fractional graha drishtis (1/4, 1/2, 3/4) not given importance? Specifically, it seems to me that a fractional graha drishti (say 3/4) of a strong graha could be more effective than full graha drishti of a weak graha. Could it be so?2. A similar question. If Ju is intelligence and hence dharma (9th) and punya (5th) aspects are important. But Ju/intelligence is behind all actions. So should we not consider its influence on say speech, learning etc ? 3. Rasi's which are facing each other (so to speak) are also giving drishti's. We know all grahas (except Ke) have 7th aspect. With that thought, would the mutual rasi drishti between diametrically opposite rasis in the zodiac be considered stronger ? In other words, can we also have fractional rasi drishtis; why or why not.(If we consider a rasi to be a house with one front window and two side windows, with this analogy, it seems that mutual rasi drishti's are equal. But this is an analogy, and may be wrongly posed. Hence I asking this question to see if could have any merit at all.)4. Sphuta Drishti: Parasara gave formulae to calucate this drishti based on longitudes. For example, if a graha is 4th from mars with nearly 90 deg. longitudinal difference, full 4th aspect of Mars becomes fuller or more effective. I haven't seen this dristi to be used at all except some rare passing references. For example, for close conjuction/samasaptaka degrees are used but not otherwise. Is it because it is a mutual influence and hence more dominant? Can we bring subtle aspects of drishti-influences through these considerations. If so how? Any reference would be most beneficial.5. Can there be a rasi drishti influence even if there is not graha in that rasi? (For example, if my house is in front of a temple/mosque, it has some influence on my life in general, even if there someone living in tha temple/mosque.)6. I am grafting one more question on longitudes which is not related to drishti: Why for CK-replacement, only longitude values are considered? For example, if AK is in 24Ge06 and AmK is 23Ar55, they are very close (w.r.t advancement in their rasis), but replacement will not occur as 24 is different from 23. Why? Longitudein deg. /min./sec. is a human measure only.Thanks in advance.Best regards,Sourav============================================================================================
