Guest guest
Dear Sanjay, > Ketu is the smoke and that is what I said. I never said that Ketu is the> karaka for smoking. But Hari said so. Because you seemed to agree with Hari, I thought you too thought so. My apologies and thank you for clarifying your views! Even in his latest mail, Hari wrote: "it is logical to see that Ketu is the karaka for smoking". (Sorry Hari, I will have to skip replying to your mail due to paucity of time.) BTW, when looking at Ketu as smoke, it is enlightening to read what Sri Ramadas Rao wrote on that. > A single planet in a stand alone situation cannot indicate the addiction. If> Ketu aspects the lagna then it shows that *smoke* has something to do with> your likes and dislikes and has a strong impact on you. That makes more sense. However, is lagna supposed to show likes and dislikes or paka lagna? And, does Ketu's aspect only throw light on liking/disliking "smoke"? Aren't there so many other things that Ketu signifies? When dealing with smoking, why start with smoke and Ketu? Why not start with the basic fact that it is a mental weakness and an addiction and find the root cause that way?
