Guest guest
Shri Brahmadaru Smarami Dear Dr. Paul. Ketu gives jyotish, mathematical abilities and the ability to deal with pure numbers. Venus gives you artistic abilities, that fine eye for details, visuals, imagery. In this manner, we are to wok out the other attributes of not only these planets, but all other planets as well. Guest guest
||Hare Rama Krsna|| Dear Viswanadham, Namaskar Ahh! Ok. This i knew actually. Ok, then a piece of cake for you now; Sva-amsa actually implies more than just Navamsa lagna or karakamsa. Infact the sva-amsa can mean Chandra-navamsa, Surya-amsa or even Arudha lagna in navamsa. The latter requires a use of the arudha lagnas degree. When reading the results, one should apply oneself in understanding when to apply which. Reference can be made to Gurujis talks in London 2004. Example: Suryaamsa is for available resources, thus the navamsa dispositor of Surya is said to give wealth in its dasa, according to Deva Keralam. The fourth from Suryaamsa is thus the khara to resources and wealth, and in its dasa can cause problems in this area. For Moon i’ve read that it shows ‘sharira’ (body), but i’ve not explored it from other perspectives than health. Planets in Lagna show inborn skills/abilities , 5th shows the skills/abilities mastered by practice over a time and 9th shows the skills/abilities, which can be mastered with the help of a guru. regards viswanadham On 11/28/05, Visti Larsen <visti wrote: ||Hare Rama Krsna|| Dear Viswanadha, Namaskar Unfortunately i only know the most basic 'street-hindi', so i guess i wouldn't be able to understand the lessons given by Atri-SJC. Guest guest
||om gam gajavaktraaya namah|| Dear Visti, namasteExample: Suryaamsa is for available resources, thus the navamsa dispositor of Surya is said to give wealth in its dasa, according to Deva Keralam. The fourth from Suryaamsa is thus the khara to resources and wealth, and in its dasa can cause problems in this area. I would like to clarify whether the underlined statement above is at variance with your teachings on Dasamamsa at the SJC-Mumbai conference 2005 where you had talked about judging the availability of jobs during any mahadasa. regards Hari
Guest guest
||Hare Rama Krsna|| Dear Hari, Namaskar Naturally i’m talking about Suryas Navamsa, where the scheme of reckoning the results change slightly. In the navamsa, the fourth house acts as khara bhava (also known as 64th navamsa), hence the variance. Guest guest
|| Hare Rama Krishna ||Dear Ramapriya-ji, Namaskar. Both Ju and Ke work to keep tradition/lineage and hence are good for traditional learning. Additionally, Ke is the Significator of ganita and jyotisha knowledge and Ju is significator of traditional knowledge (vedas etc.) in general. Hence Ju-Ke yoga or their Kartari on the lagna will push the native for lineage knowledge, especially jyotisha. If Mars (logic) or Me (discipleship/ studentship) gets involved, it would be very good.My 1 c.,Best Wishes,Sourav====================================================== sohamsa , "ramapriya_d" <ayirpamar@g...> wrote:>> sohamsa , Viswanadham vishwanatham@g... wrote:> > > Ketu and Jupiter is a good yoga for astrology.> > > Only because it's a Guru-chandala yoga, or is there another > reason? > > Ramapriya>
Guest guest
vyam vyasadevaaya namah | Dear Ramapriya, Sourav is correct. In addition, ketu is like Ganesha who wrote the vedas on the request of Vyasa (Jupiter) and like Fish (Matsya-Ketu) who saved the vedas. Thus Jupiter/Ketu shows a continuing of tradition. Example: Sanjayji has Jupiter in Lagna aspected by Ketu from Saggitarius, in D9 Ketu is in Lagna and Jupiter has argala on navamsa Lagna, plus Venus another guru also is in Lagna. Narasimha has a kartari of Ju/Ke on his lagna, and these planets aspects this Lagna lord Venus in Navamsa. Similarly, the dispositor of Ketu shd aspect/trine D60 Lagna, to be a part of a parampara. Guest guest
|| Hare Rama Krishna ||Dear Naaraayana-ji, Namaskar. Thank you for your kind input. Yes, Venus being the significator or charts and diagrams, in yuti/sambandha with Ke also indicates Jyotisha. In Sanjay-ji's Chart, Navamsa has Ve-Ke yuti in the Lagna. Narasimha-ji, taught that in one of his classes. You have beautifully pointed out Ke as Ganesha writing the scriptures. Whenever I hear Ganesha as writing scriptures, the Ekadanta-rupa becomes mentally visible to me.One has to remember that Ke is no ordinary chandala. A chandala is outside the varnasrama. Ra is below the varnasrama and Ketu is above it. Ke is only concerned with moksha and hence doesn't care. Because traditional following/learning leads to higher knowledge which can enable a person to break through maayaa, Ke strongly supports that. Ke also supports marriage as it brings stability to life and thoughts and enables sadhana/tapasya. Hence Ke supports all that is intuitive and productive for highest aim of life. This is my limited understanding.Once again, thank you for your nice pointers.Best wishes,Sourav=====================================================sohamsa , "naaraayana_iyer" <jaimini.upadesa@g...> wrote:>> vyam vyasadevaaya namah |> > Dear Ramapriya,> > Sourav is correct.
