Guest guest Posted April 5, 2006 Report Share Posted April 5, 2006 || Satyam Bruyat Priyam Bruyat || Dear Friends, For sometime I have wondered if the last update of JH software has resulted in change in some settings, resulting in shift of sensitive points like PP, Kunda, GL etc. An example is Sanjayji's lecture on Prasna in London during 2004 wherein he states that his Kunda is in Leo in D1 and pp is in Pisces in D9. His chart as per latest software shows pp in different rashis based on different settings of Sunrise but non in Pisces. Kunda comes in Virgo. Am I making some mistake in use of software. Sanjayji's birth details that I have are as follows: August 7, 1963Time: 21:15:00Time Zone: 5:30:00 (East of GMT)Place: 83 E 58' 00", 21 N 27' 00" Best Wishes, Ramesh Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

With 2 seconds change PP and Kunda do move to Pisces and Leo respectively. Sanjayji in his lecture states that Kunda can be in trines to lagna or Moon. Since Moon is in Aquarius, Leo would fall in 7H from it. I know that Sanjay-ji uses apparent rising of the Sun. With that Pisces Pranapada and Leo Kunda, I get 9:14:58 for birth time. However, PP should be in trines (or seventh) to Chandra/Navamsa Lagna and Kunda (essentially the Nava-navamsa lagna) should be in the trines or seventh to the natal lagna of Rasi Chart (so it shouldn't be Simha). But with this I cannot match them close to the 9:15 time. By the way the problem could be exact longitudes. Jhora Data bank shows the birth place to be 84E01 and 21N28.
