In any case, there's a school of opinion believing that planets with either Ra or Ke break KSY naturally. And Sa is in MKS in lagna, not 6th. If the cove in question was born 44 years ago, even if there was KSY, the effects would've naturally ebbed. Also if Ketu is in a house, and bothering that house, then the karaka of the house will still solve the problem, right? As for AK, Siva worship is required.
