Guest guest
Jaya Jaya Jagannath! Dear Guru-deva Sanjayji, Dandavats! Jayasrila Prabhupada! Jaya Sri Guru and Gouranga! I have been very ecstatically slowly, slowly transcribing your ISKCON reading. Accidentally I am finding out how I can actually learn this jyotisha..... through the ears, over and over and over again. I am praying that somehow or other you can tape your classes and I can take on the seva of transcribing the tapes I am slow as I am not actually a typist. If this idea is agreeable to you, I will invest in a transcription machine or whatever equipment we will need. This way our tools will be suitable for this service. Perhaps this could help you in the production of your books. I am feeling very enthusiastic to do this seva. My motive is totally selfish..... Thank Jagannath there can be benefit for others.... But unfortunately that is not my motive. Thank Jagannath, this is a win-win situation. If you would so kindly engage me in this way, the only thing we need to figure out is how I can get your tapes. Do you have a good tape recorder? Do you have tapes of any of your classes? Are they in English? My godsister, Daivisakti Prabhu is coming here around April 15th. Is Dina-nath there yet? If he is, he could give the tapes to Daivisakti to give to me and I could start. Another possibility is getting a digital recorder, and downloading audio files to me. I am not sure how to do this at the moment, but it can't be that hard. I do have a CD burner that copies audio CD's, so I can write to it. Listening to you speak is a great way to learn. Yours in Acutya's seva, Kusha devi dasi
