Guest guest
Satyam Bruyat Priyam Bruyat Dear Swee, Let me understand this right. Are you suggesting removal of yellow sapphire because of exchange? You are not in favor of Emerald because of its 3H, 6H lordship? I have to read Kacha story to understand rest of the mail. And can wearing an Emerald compensate for this? I hope someone can guide me. Thanks in advance, Vrinda. Firstly, natural yellow Topaz does not exist, so you must mean Yellow Sapphire. In answer to your question, the third house is considered a trika house and one would rather opt for the choice of the gemstone that lords a trinal house. Since the natural third house is owned by Buddha and Bhrihaspati (Jupiter) took him on as a son because of his especial analytical abilities, why would one’s father harm one’s son? The natural sixth is also owned by Buddha where he exalts and the story of Kacha comes to mind whereby he could not impart the sanjivani mantra which he had learnt from Shukra – (2nd from Kanya is Tula) due to Kacha’s association with Brihaspati’s sister. The fifth from Guru is Tula, so you will need to assess if both Gurus are hampered in any manner by natural malefics. If this is the case, you will need to pacify Guru with gifts and offer prayers to the deity of the nakshatra that Guru lords – e.g., Mrgashiras (Mithuna), Chandra is the deity. Narada Purana suggests that when Shani traverses over this nakshatra, the Khadira tree should be planted. (Pacifications for Guru in marana should be done on a continuous basis). During caturmasya, the Khadira tree has to be watered and tended to etc., as it is believed that all deities take their abode in different trees during these four months. So gracefully take off that yellow sapphire and willingly gift it to a well deserving brahmana together with the other upayas.
