Guest guest
Jaya Jagannatha Dear Shiv Chadha I thought that with your commitment to stay away from black marketing the Jyotish Digest, the matter would have rested. However, you seem to very determined to destroy every effort we are making to bring out this magazine and make it a success. I am not speaking in the air and have been very angry to see the webpages at the following links - http://www.vedicweb.com/Merchant2/merchant.mv?Store_Code=MA & Screen=PROD & Product_Code=MAJyo546_042004 Jyotish Digest 2004 April Issue Code: MAJyo546_042004 Price: $8.00 http://www.vedicweb.com/Merchant2/merchant.mv?Store_Code=MA & Screen=PROD & Product_Code=MAJyo546_072004 Jyotish Digest 2004 July Issue Code: MAJyo546_072004 Price: $8.00 The price of the Jyotish Digest for the Indian market is very very subsidized to Rs 100 and that for the international market is US$ 10. Now what you are doing is that you get the subsidised magazies for the Indian market at Rs 75 or Rs 100 and sell them abroad at US$ 8. In this process you ensure that you can undersut the international market for our product for us and reap in the difference. This price differential has been kept to ensure that we get enough money to cover production costs and if you continue in this fashion, within a year or two the Jyotish Digest will again have to shut down. No thanks to black marketeers like you we had to shut down twice earlier and this is our third attempt. This time we will not keep quiet and watch you continue in your dirty tricks. I am copying this to the lawyer to issue you a notice immediately. My sincere prayer to all astrologers - PLEASE stop buying books and magazines from this black marketeer called Shiv Chadha or from the www.vedicweb.com if you want to really help us continue in our work. Please circulate this to all lists and friends. With best wishes and warm regards, Sanjay Rath * * * Sri Jagannath Center® 15B Gangaram Hospital Road New Delhi 110060, India http://srath.com, +91-11-25717162 * * * PS. J My dear Swee, There is indeed a line in Hindi to convey the same kind of meaning, with just a little more color too. Nothing can make me utter it in public, though. Not with my AK dasa waiting to sanitize me from around the bend, if you know what I mean J Respects, Ramapriya Love, Swee
