If may add a few thoughts of mine. The Nakshatramsa (D-27) chart

is used to find the strength and weakness of a person. A strong Venus in a

quadrant to Lagna indicates artistic talents. If Saturn casts a favorable

aspect on Venus in the Dasamsa chart, he gets mass appeal.

 

Let us consider the following chart:

Venus is in the Lagna in both Dasamsa and Nakshatramsa.

Saturn as the 5th lord aspects Venus in Dasamsa. The native was a

guitarist.

Dasamsa, Saturn aspects Venus giving mass appeal.

understood by considering the following:

b) Planets

viewing Venus in Nakshatramsa

For the statement drawn from Narada Purana:

Hearing has to be good. Jupiter is the karaka. It also lords a fire and water

sign. Mercury is the planet that gives the sense of rhythm; it also rules an

earth and air sign. Mars gives the dexterity with your fingers. I have seen

several charts of Mars in an earth sign, especially Taurus where Moon exalts.

Thanks for the interesting points you've raised.

 

Swee, I just had a look at your D-27. I need wonder no more why why you're so gifted in writing such evocative poetry. If you take it up in earnest, it's my reasoned prognosis that you'll be one of the better ones doing the rounds. Seriously.
