Dear Swee

I remember that when i was running rahu-saturn(the worst period of my life materially), the days when sravana was on swing were horrible.

I was asked to leave on march 8th, 2001(makha nakshatra). Santapa saham is there around 2 degree aries, and that was a real shocker.

So Sanjayji is right on this part, Sravana( i was wondering during those days as to how come Sravana, monday, saturday were proving bad as Sravana is the sampat tara).

Ofcourse i was not aware of Ghatak chakra theory

best wishes

Welcome back J

Thank you for the elementary "jam packed" information! Taking my 2nd, it is Ketu in Ardra ruled by Rahu

.. Rahu is 5th from AL in dagdha rasi. So far Ketu periods are good. Rahu periods are mixed with challenges. All near deaths experiences, but have come out of them unscathed. Simhasana deb. Rahu (5/10) mahadasa is fast approaching. It is 5th from my AL.

..………and now to understand pachak, bodhak etc???

Dear Partha and Ramapriya

The yoga for the combination of Sun and Mars is an activation of Agni tatva while the yoga of the Sun and Jupiter finds mention in the Jaimini sutra as giving one who looks after cows and sells milk. Milk is the most nutritious food and very beneficial for the body and mind and this is the Sun+Jup combination in svamsa.

As regards Badhaka, every bhava has a badhaka and ghataka as well.

For example, take the tenth house in any chart and determine the ghataka naksatra for Karma in the 2nd house. When the Moon is in the 2nd house in this naksatra and the dasa etc are bad then one can suffer at work. Normally this is the day when enquiry is initiated against someone or the person is asked to leave the organisation. Similarly one can check the ghatak Rasi and find out the lagna and tithi when this happens and through whom.

With best wishes and warm regards,

Sanjay Rath

Dear Partha,

I hope everyone takes in your notes. I

unofficially declared to the family earlier in the year that I am retired from

mining etc. Lots of chanting, reading that’s for sure.

I have to find something else to do………..where would you see this one? I’m

planning an early visit to my Guru instead.

Dear Rama and Swee

Thank you.

Now see you are running Rahu-mercury (Dwisaptati), and you know they are quite a bit a friends in kalachakra :-)))))))

Thus this orientation towards mantra(mercury-fifth house) over Rahu(artha-10th house) is quite clear

Dear Swee

Rahu likes Saturn and Venus. But it is venus who ditches him, and it is Mercury who fools him. It is left to good old man who cannot run away anywhere but to stay with Rahu the prince of demons.

Dear Partha,

I am trying to recollect this from the shastras. Can you enlighten me please?

Rahu-

Hiranyakashipu; Mercury – Vishnu. The rest?

Narada Purana -Vayu (Saturn) and his

connection is with Mars (Hanuman- Haum hsfrem khfrem hsrem

hskhfrem) and Sun (Rama –

Ramaya Namah).

Now what about Venus? Brihaspati took over his jaunts on his devotees. They

learnt all the sattvic paths from him (Jupiter). After

Venus’ return from exile, the devotees re-learnt the bad ways from Venus

yet again………..
