Dear Manoj,

Congrats on your job and also getting a nice prediction. It is always good to have the best of both worlds but as a senior management personnel, you should not be so worried about the probation as your own ability has got you there & will sustain you there with a wee bit of divine grace of course.

Maybe its the divine grace or whatever but my observations regarding Sanjays high rate of success with prashna are:

(1) He always invokes the istadevata before any prasna

(2) He doesnt care about any hypothetical question time; the time he starts the analysis is THE time.

(3) His philosophy is that 'when God wants to talk to the client through you, he will'

And of course, a deep understanding of the texts that comes from the parampara but also has been largely refined on his own.
