It happened on July 26th and escalated within 2-3 hrs (after 1-2 pm). Too many people died and many children too. It is very very sad why God did this to a unsuspecting people who were just doing their daily routine ? We are hearing many courageous and heart-warming stories about how people helped each other and many sad stories too of young & old innocent lives just washed away. The Sama Narayana dasa of the Chart is given below, This happened in on 26th when last 3rd of Libra dasa started. 3rd part is ruled by Venus. Libra has A8, the mrityupada. In 3rd part of dasa, the Lord of Libra was acting. Venus is conjoined 8th lord Sun, conjoined debilitated Mercury. There is an eclipse combination troubling the Yoga Kaaraka Venus. Mercury stand for Pritvi tatwa and Venus is for Jala tatwa. Hence the combination of Heavy Rains(Venus exalted and Vargottama) and Mudslide Weak Mud) caused this problem. Venus lord of 5th Stands for Prajaa/People (Like children to the King). More over the they are in 5th from Arudha Lagna too to get fully manifest.
