Comment:- Even for yogada, the relationship, must be between Lagna and HL or GL. Whereas, here, Mercury has relationship with HL and GL only. So, it is not qualified as Yogada.

Comment:- Venus is having perfect neechabanga. Your point is also correct for Rahu. But, although, as per Vimshotari dasa, Ketu dasa is running, if he is the yogada, he can uplift the person during his sub-period or his period as per other dasa system.
