Guest guest
JAYA JAGANNATHA! Dear Karu, Namaste. But the question about the Ayana is still not answered. Determine the ayana of the planets in the horoscope of a native..... Answer could be Uttaryana/ Dakshinayana or Moon/Sun hora. But How can I calculate this vertical movement of a planet. If I understand correctly, Only Sun have this vertical motion. Then how can I find ayana of other planets.? I think that I answered it at that time. Let's begin with the Sun. During it's yearly movement the Sun crosses the equator twice. These are the days of the exuinoxes. During summer solstice the Sun is in the northern point of its traectory, while dirung winter solstice it's in the southern point. If we would extend the equator and divide the sky into two halves, then the half abone the north pole would be the northern hemisphere, and the one above the south pole is the southern hemisphere. Uttarayana means that the Sun is going from its southest point to the northest. So the Ayana or Kranti decreases from the biggest positive value to the biggest negative value. During Daksinayana on the other hand, the value of Ayana or Kranti decreases. These same values called declination are given in any ephemeris for all the planets. So if you check the planet's Ayana some time before and after the time for wihich we cast the chart, then you will be able to say whether the Ayana is increasign or decreasing for it. But to say how will this effect the construction of Hora, I, to be honest, am not able to answer. I see some logic in Solai's attempt, as we divide the SUN SIGNS into further subdivisions in all the charts. An interesting question: If the planets may fall into any sign in Hora, how will they fal into signs lorded by Sun and Moon in D-30, where Parasara excludes them from ownership? Jaya Jaya Jagannath, Namasthe Gauranga, Honestly, I cannot answer. Perhaps I went in a wrong way. I cannot concentrate on this in this movement. How ever, if I able to understand something I will share it with you. Thanks Kare Krshna, Karu
