Guest guest
JAYA JAGANNATHA! Dear Gurudeva, Pranaams. Please, is it possible that we also learn something about this? I also have a couple of friends in ISKCOn who are Vaastu consultants, and would be happy to learn more about using Jyotish principles in Vaastu. I have a few questions right away. 1. directions. In Prashna Marga we find the following directions linked to the signs: Aries-Taurus East Cancer-Leo South Libra-Scorpio West Aquarius-Pisces North Gemini Southeast Virgo Southwest Sagittarius Northwest Pisces Northeast Is this the set of directions that should be considered while counting the Ashtakavarga Rekhas? Because in Horasara in the chapter on Ashtakavarga it is said that fiery sings represent the eastern direction, earthly signs south, airy signs west and watery signs north. Which set should be taken into consideration. 2. Ashtakavarga. Should the Ashtakavarga of the Rasi chart be considered, or of the D-charts as well? 3. In the Bhinnashtakavarga the should the dots before reduction or after be taken into consideration? 4. What if two bhinnashtakavargas for two planets give the same sign as the highest? 5. Planets and rooms. I have compiled the following list of planets and rooms linked to them. Please correct. Sun - living room Moon - children's room, bathroom Mars - kitchen, dining room Mercury - study room Jupiter - prayer room, treasury Venus - bedroom Saturn - toilets, garage etc. Is this list correct? I have had the following thought as well: maybe by Ashtakavarga of Rasi chart we determine the direction of rooms in one's own house, and by Ashtakavarga of D-10 for example his office or workplace may be arranged. Also specific D-charts may give help in arranging specific rooms, like D-7 in arranging the furniture in the children's room, D-16 in arranging the Garage, D-24 in arranging the study room or library, D-12 possibly for parents' room, D-20 for arranging the inside of the prayer room, etc. Please evaluate. Guest guest
JAYA JAGANNATHA! Dear Gurudeva, Pranaams. > No, the directions used in Astavarga for personal charts is > East for Agni trikona (Aries & trines) > North for Jala trikona (Cancer & trines) > West for Vayu trikona, (Libra & trines) and > South for Prithvi trikona. (Capricorn & trines) What happens then with the other four directions? Won't we place anything in the corners?
