Om Vishnave Namah

Dear Steve & Jyotisha,

That is yet another excellent rendering of the Dream. All dreams have a

message to give, be it the material or spiritual plane. Some points:

1. As indicated earlier, the time of the night is, in the reverse,

indicative of the time of fructification of the dream. The time of about 4

AM would indicate a month or so and is basically a pointer to early

fulfilment of whatever indications the dreams show.

2. The shiva Linga is the representation of the Hiranya garbha or the

forces of creation in this world. The Linga inside the house and the one

outside the house are symbolic of the Jiva-Atma and the Param-Atma. The

discovery of the Linga is the discovery of the self. It shows that the soul,

in its worldly sojorn has achived a point where it has fulfilled the

directions of the Paramatma. The presence of Shisya's near the Linga

(Jeevatma) in the house shows that it is time for the more learned Shisya

like Ashok to consolidate the knowledge of Creation (Jyotisha)and pass it

on. The people attempting to bathe the Shiva Linga outside shows that the

World is just waking up to the realisation of the new knowledge being given

to them and they are very excited about it. It also shows the Shisya who are

not personally associated with the SJVC at Delhi who are struggling to get

the knowledge (Abhishek od Linga is symbolic of removing the dirt of

ignorance and restoring the true shine or knowledge of the Linga).

3. The color of the Linga is White, milk white showing the shiva Linga to

be of the highest kind: The Somanatha Linga or the Latha (Apex or head of

Shiva while other colors of Shiva Linga show different levels). This Linga

was established by Sri Krishna Who also taught its worship. This is the

highest knowledge as the white light has all colors in it. This is the color

of worshipping Guru in the Head during meditation. This is represented by

the Sun-sign Taurus (Somanatha Jyotirlinga)(see the chart). The presence of

my son (named Somanatha) near the Linga confirms this view as Sri Somanatha

is also our Kula Devata (Family deity: see Vedic remedies in astrology).

4. The message for me is loud and clear: that the two modes of

teaching - (1) to my students in delhi who are like an extended family and

(2) to the world students thriugh Varahamihira: is fully supported by the

Parampara and that I have the blessings of my Kuladevata Sri Somanatha for

this giving away of the knowledge of the family. This is the need of the

present time and I have done/am doing my duty. This is to continue...

Excellent interpretation Steve. I would also like to hear about the Jyotisha

interpretation of planets and signs. See the D-20 chart also as this has to

do with Upasana.

Best Wishes,

Sanjay Rath

[sri Guru] Lesson 4

> Sanjay and group,

> The particular spiritual tradition I follow treats dreams primarily

> as signs that some physical stress has cleared from the body and

> therefore suggests we don't generally pay much attention to them.

> However, as we grow in enlightenment the same tradition suggests that

> we may receive divine guidance as visions.

> Whatever is the case in Sanjay's dream, we can analyze it from a

> jyotish perspective. I don't have Sanjay's chart immediately

> available before me so I'll analyze it generally.

>

> Shiva Lingam is sign of the Formless, yet with directionally

> inspiring us to choose those actions which will lead us to

> identification with Supreme Being rather than to isolation.

> Significators: Ketu, Guru, 12th house.

>

> Wife: significator 7th House, Venus

>

> Wife's speech: Eighth House, Saturn or, in the natural Horoscope,

> Mars and Scorpio/Vrishchik. Wife screaming: the Scorpion's sting as

> in the characterization of the Eighth house as Randra-Vulnerable

> point.

> Perhaps Sanjay or any guru is particular vulnerable to the

> wife/partner's speech when it pertains to his students as to his

> student who was absorbed in awe before the Siva Lingam.

>

> Outside the house could be the 10th house (the physical house is the

> fourth house in chart). Another Siva lingam outside is the

> omnipresence of Being. The third floor could relate to Chakras and to

> the planets governing them. So this Siva Lingam had not raised

> everybody to the 7th floor, the seventh level of consciousness, the

> level of merger with Supreme Being. People trying to build ladder to

> bathe Mahadev is like the villagers of Gokula holding up their sticks

> to help Krishna support Govardhan hill. In this case, it would

> indicate that the Bhaktas of SVJC, varahamihira list, etc. are doing

> their best to participate in bringing divine fullness to human life

> and to the world. Son is 5th house, significator Guru. Also, the

> house, as I see it, of fulfilment of the theme set by the first

> house. This is the house when projects have become precise, potent,

> actualized. So it would mean that Sanjay is getting feedback from his

> shishyas who have begin to realize the direct experience of Oneness.

> Waking up at this point can mean the good sense of waking up: the

> touch of a realized shishya or one growing in realization can release

> the Guru from the dream world he needs to associate with in order to

> sympathize with the point of view of ignorant students. As students

> grow in knowledge, the teacher can live more of the full value of the

> knowledge he has.

>

> All of this should be astrologically analyzable: in other words we

> should be able to take a look at Sanjay's chart and see the exact

> horas, muhurtas of the night when the appropriate planetary

> influences were there in order to produce a dream of this nature.
