Guest guest
Hamsa Om So'ham Dear NARAYAN, We are talking of India in the 60's. Atomic clock and all that were truly unheard of. In fact man had not yet landed on the Moon. See Narasimha's point about birth times in the US in the 1990's. What can we say about India? The doctor has better things to do during delivery than to keep the time for delivery so accurately for a Jyotish. So, we accept what they say and do what we have to do.
