SATURN will indicate the nature of the curse and the houses owned by Saturn

shall be the cause

of sorrow and problems/worry. If Saturn is in strength and in a C

>hara rasi, then a Great Brahmin is indicated and " Rajas Guna " shows anger is

high. If Saturn

is in a fixed sign, then Tamas Guna is high and Sorrow is indicated, while in

Dual signs, the

effect of the curse is negligible.

by both Saturn

and Mars (Note this aspect is on Jupiter in Lagna which is also the ninth Lord).

Saturn is the

Lord of the seventh house (wife) and eighth house (separation from

>wife). Saturn is placed in a movable sign showing that the curse is due to

Rajas (Passion) and

anger. Saturn is exalted and retrograde showing that the personality is a Muni

or Brahmin of

the highest order and a great renunciate (Narada Muni). Saturn aspe

will deny or

delay the Rajabhishek (Coronation). The curse worked just at the time of

coronation of Sri Rama

when due to the machinations of a hunchback maid servant (planets i

indicated by Saturn)

his step mother was able to have Him banished for 14 years. The Curse WAS

FULFILLED showing

that Remedial measures cannot end the suffering and only help us to

that we can come

clean. In this manner the curse of the Brahmin can be deciphered from the

horoscope.

Sri Sri Guru Gauranga Jayatah

I wish to understand why does Jupiter has to be in trines to show a curse? I

think I read

somewhere that trines represent Lakshmi devi. Happiness. Jupiter also. So

happiness is denied,

and that is a basic effect of a curse.

Does it have to be an aspect of both Saturn and Mars or is the aspect of saturn

enough?

However it is said that malefic signification of Saturn increase by the more

dignity he loses,

so mars debilitates him and shows a lot of suffering. Why is then advice to

worship rudra?

Rudra is signified by Mars, and satisfying rudra we get rid of the

negative(destructive)

tendency of him. Further question is for a Vaisnava way of worship to overcome

that. Can he

worship Hanumanji, fast on Ekadasi, live in celibacy, and also possibly(if I am

not stretching

this too far) worship Ugra-Narasimha(I usually find him in situations of mars,

merc and rahu

together, but could Narasimha also possibly be indicated by Sat-mars

combinations?). Does it

show than the principle that we can satisfy " the negative " through tapasya

relating to it(and

in such a way wash a curse, or a problem- as tapasya is itself a problem-for

example does the

yogi doing tapasya in Himalayas gets rid of his karma he would otherwise suffer

in some other

way?).

So some questions.

yours sisya,

Zavisa
