[Jagannath] Rajayoga clarifications needed

Dear Gurudev or Narasimha,

 

Namaste. Jaya Jagannath.

 

In his " How to judge a horoscope " Dr. B.V. Raman gives the following as one

of the combinations for Neechabhanga Rajayoga (p. 360):

 

If benefics are in the 10th, 11th and 3rd houses, Rajayoga arises.

 

Could you please clarify it - where debility fits in - should it be any

benefic debilitated in those houses or one can be debilitated and the other

houses must be oppupied by benefics or something else?
