Guest guest
Dear Dina-natha das, I will answer if members dont mind. I take Ge/Sg as exaltation signs for Rh/Ke. This is what was taught to me by Narasimha and has worked well in my brief usage of Narayana Dasa. You stated: " 5. Aquarius / 8 / 97 ***Saturn gives more years in it's dasa than Rahu so I did counting from Saturn (Gemini) ( have taken Scorpio to be debilitation sign for Rahu and Taurus for Ketu) " The reason for taking Saturn as the ruler of Aq is that Rh is debilitated. Your computations is correct. Also you had stated the following as one of the rules: " 3. If both competing signs have an equal number of planets, then the stronger one is the one occupied by an exalted planet. Similarly, if one is occupied by a debilitated planet, then the other is stronger. " This rule is only to find out stronger of Rh/Sa and Ke/Ma. Its not applicable to find out stronger of 2 houses. This, I say based on what Narasimha had taught me and my relative success in usage of these rules in many a charts. As stated by you for Rule #4: " 4. Signs are stronger in order according to the following sequence: Dual>Fixed>Movable " This is also not applicable to find out stronger of 2 houses as 1/7 signs will always belong to the same type(i.e movable or fixed or dual). You stated : " Mars is in Aries and Venus is in Gemini, so both lords of odd signs are also in odd signs, so we have to go to rule no. 6. " Venus is in Sg and co-incidentally in an odd sign hence we move to the next rule. Hope this helps. Regards Narayan
