Dear Gurudeva Sanjay,

 

I am having a question about the readings of Srila Prabhupada. In the SJVC site *srila.html* explanation regarding the 2nd child.

 

You say, The seventh lord in the saptamsa chart shows the second pregnancy. Mercury is placed in Taurus (Female sign) in the company of the Moon (Female planet). Thus, the second child, a daughter was born in Jupiter dasa.....

 

My Q is

In this particular 7D chart 7th house (2nd child) is Sagittarius, the lord of the 7th Jupiter occupying in 3rd ( Leo) with Kethu. So the 2nd child must be a daughter.(More male factors ??)

 

Instead of 7th load, can you kindly explain why did you use lagna lord of 7D ( Mercury) to see the sex of the child ?
