The dwara to a rasi is the 7th from it and the placement of Jupiter in it is good to the extent that somebody (with Jupiterian influence - Jupiter is Godlike) will try to favour. There is a chance for the fortune (from the said rasi Jupiter is in a Kendra) but to what extent this works depends on other factors such as the strength of Jupiter itself (whether in exaltation/debilitation etc.), strength of the malefics that you speak of, the rasi (malefic/benefic) and their placement with respect to the said rasi, Narayana Dasa indications etc. Also see the Argala/Obstruction caused by Jupiter and other planets (particularly benefics) on the said rasi and the malefics in operation. Prayer to Sri Jagannath should help this person as he alone can take that Jupiter to this person.

Thank you very much for your reply. Could your also verify my understanding. There is a case where a sign is aspected (rashi-drishte) by three malefics with no benefic rashi-influence. But it has Jupiter in the 7th from it. So whould it mean that there is a slight chance (but no certainty) that the person may get saved by good fortune? Or this good desire will remain only good desire with no physical consequence?
